and advisory on Mergers & Acquisitions and other Corporate Restructuring.

He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Saugar University, M.P. and qualified as a Chartered
Accountant in 1985. He established the Firm – ‘Motilal & Associates LLP’ in 1985 and has ensured its to
growth upto the current level with other business associates & a long list of satisfied clients. He has
pursued his professional goals in an active manner while simultaneously working on social platforms as
well.
